Who controls your data

Data we collect
We process account and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order and payment status, uploaded artwork, AI prompts and generated designs, support messages, device and security logs, and cookie preferences. Payment credentials are collected by the selected payment provider, such as PayPal, and are not stored by HelloSocks. For an approved WorldFirst bank transfer, we retain the transfer reference needed for reconciliation.
Why we use it
We use data to provide accounts, generate and review artwork, calculate and fulfill orders, process payments, prevent abuse, send service messages, comply with law, and improve the service where consent or legitimate interests permit.
Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared with payment, cloud hosting, AI generation, email, analytics, logistics, manufacturing, fraud prevention, and professional service providers under contractual safeguards. Cross-border transfers use applicable legal mechanisms.
Retention and security
Order and tax records are retained for legally required periods. Account, artwork, AI, and support data are retained only as long as needed for service, disputes, safety, and legal obligations. Access controls, encryption in transit, backups, audit records, and deletion procedures protect the data.

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We verify requests before acting.
Children and changes
